The ceiling lights they installed don’t last. I’ve replaced many LED lights in the 4 years I’ve lived in my home (you have to grab a ladder, screw driver and learn to wire correctly). Don’t get me started on the circuit breakers by EATON they installed. Supposed to last decades yet I’ve had 3 go out already. Eaton has a lifetime warranty but you need to risk your life to change them out yourselves after your home warranty is up with this company or pay a kidney to have it replaced professionally. Unfortunately, my builder uses IES for electrical and my experience has been absolutely TERRIBLE… They cut corners on hanging my light fixture by using one screw to secure the electrical box (when the box clearly require two screws) so when I went to hang my ceiling fan I had to stop and call them to come out and give me screws. Their customer service is poor, took them 3 weeks to finally come out and 2 weeks just to simply make contact with them. Finding a honest skilled electrician in south Florida is tough. These guys hit the spot, and they are reasonably priced to boot. Jose got here on time, made it through the five items we needed, and cleaned up after himself. All while being kind and courteous. He even took time to show me how I can adjust the pendant lights myself.
