I purchased a 1L bottle of Redkin shampoo online and paid for express post. Well the product was sent to me just in an Australia Post Express Satchel with no protection at all. The item was damaged in transit and leaks from the bottle. I have to sit it upside down in my shower otherwise it leaks all over my shower. I've never purchased a liquid product from a supplier before and had it shipped without proper packaging. Really disappointing. Will not purchase from here again.
