Excellent counter service, Mr. Kramm, was very professional and helpful beyond my expectations. You don't find counter personnel like Mr. Kramm .
It's awesome calling someone that knows what you're asking for and offers it at a great price.
Call and ask for prices before you go. They may have it in stock but expect to pay 125% mark up… but if you really need it they have it.
Called asking for a 60 amp circuit breaker, asked for a specific brand, and was talked to like I didn't know what I was talking about. Was made to feel belittled and like I was child for not knowing exact specifics even after I did my best to explain what I was looking for. I'm sure the employees know their stuff, but better customer service would be great.
