Everyone was very kind and knowledgeable. The facility itself quite clean. However, I was disappointed to find out that even though I went ahead and scheduled an “appointment” online, I would still have to wait (ended up being 30 minutes) behind everyone else who showed up before me, including walk-ins. It would be nice if there was some sort of preference given to those with appointments, similar to a reservation system at restaurants.
