If I could give them zero stars times a hundred, I totally would. It's so disappointing that whenever you file a complaint, they always find a way to say nothing's wrong, even when you have proof. It's like a money game with IEHP and their network doctors. The more legitimate complaints they find, the more those providers should be reprimanded, and the state should stop funding some of them. Inland Empire Health Plan (IEHP) is supposed to advocate for members, but in practice it can feel like they default to backing providers or protecting their network.
