Receptionist was hard to deal with. The senior technician was nice, but unfortunately they over price themselves and their worth and think that people wont notice. Smoke alarms can be purchased between $20 to $50. That means these the company is making close $1000 an hour per technician. Luckily the job at my place only took 20 minutes. Things like this are truly is unfortunate.
