I have been attending IEC going on a year. It has impacted me by preparing, and helping me feel confident in the tasks I am performing in my daily job as an apprentice. I believe working with my instructors and the hands on learning has enhanced my skills and made me a tool to the company in which I am working for, as I am coming in with knowledge and the education to back up the skills I am performing.
