When leadership feels threatened they lash out and try to get rid of people. Now that Cummins bought the company everyone in an office or cubicle are scared of loosing their jobs. The so called Leeds take their positions to far and there feet don't fit the shoes they are trying to wear. Loved working there other than that, but those that ask questions are the ones they get rid of
