RecommendedI lived with them for 8 years . They are slow to get things done but if you actually take the time and fill out the order form and approach them nicely eventually you'll get what you need done...

scam artists. will not fix mold infestation, leaking roofs or anything for that matter.. have had to put a friend in touch with a slum lord attorney because of these people... kids are getting sick because of IE Rentals lack of any human decency, or respect for the law!!!!!
if you rent from these people you are desperate. these people in Palmdale are very unprofessional and they get mad at you like you did something to them when they house ain't ready. after they told you a certain date. then when you loose your cool they want to call the police and make up lies
Scammers. I gave them a $35 dollar application fee. They never ran my application and have been getting the run around ever since. I will just consider this a $35.00 lesson.
DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY, SLUMLORDS AND SCUM BAGS. DO NOT FIX ANYTHING, THREATHEN YOU FOR MONEY, AND SUE YOU OVER REPAIRS THAT THEY REFUSE TO FIX.
