I purchased a car from car planet. A month and a half after I traded in my truck and bought a ram ProMaster City. I got a ticket in the mail, my old truck ticketed for a fast track lane violation. Someone is driving the truck around and they haven't switched the title. 3 months later still haven't received my license plates. The temporary expires in 4 days. This place has the worst customer service. After I bought a 2nd vehicle from this place the warranty they hype so much about got canceled because they failed to pay the warranty company. I've been calling everyday for 5 days and I keep getting told someone will call me back or the only person that handles this is "busy" or not there.
