Had a great experience overall. Juan was really helpful as well as Sean who brought the vehicle to me from Riverside to LA to check it out and test drive it myself due to my schedule being busy. Really appreciate that gesture. I recommend they will not pressure you and will work with you to take the desired vehicle home.
I spent the last two weeks in and out of different dealerships, this was by far my best experience. They were very upfront about pricing, helped me get into the car I had been on the hunt for and the financing was straightforward and stress free. Don’t buy here was on the phone about a inquire of a vehicle STILL ON THEIR PAGE and asked politely if it was available and was interrupted by them saying it sold repeatedly I received a text that there may have been some confusion about the vehicle i then called back and they were even worse than before! they have very poor customer service skills and terrible communication skills very sad to see this from a mom and pops dealership. Glad i didn’t do business with these people. If i could give them zero stars i would.
