Very unhappy with the service . Scheduled a detail for a Saturday. They messaged me prior to appointment to ask if we could reschedule for Sunday and to cancel the appointment. After requesting to cancel the appointment , they then agreed to be able to see us Saturday. Website said a detail takes 3-4 hours. Car was dropped off at 9 am and we were told to return at 2:30pm which is 5 hours and 30 mins after. We informed we had an engagement at 4 and that would leaving us very short on time. Got WiFi and did a immaculate job
Had front end PPF applied to Tesla Y Juniper. Neat, nicely wrapped edges, no problems. Great service from Jorge. Will back for window tint.
