I do believe that it has gotten better it was rough for the manager Heidi wolf starting out and for the people complaining being turn down don't be blaming her she ask you to follow with the park owners rules and if I'm not mistaken all she does is take the application and it gets sent to the ones that are in charge with making the decision keep up the good work Heidi and Rick just saying

Horrible owners, poor management, the property maintenance guy Rick is buddies with the owner, constantly harasses tenants & nobody can do anything about it. He once told me he was going to have my dog euthanized for BARKING in my yard. They’ll find ways to give you imaginary violations to extort more money from you.
