Great company. They've built a ton on the island of FMB and have worked us through the permitting/building process. Going to be doing our houses, and have walked through a bunch of their finished units that turned out great.
Worked in construction industry for 18 years and Idyll the worst builder I’ve ever worked with. No communication, missed every single deadline he gave, ignored questions and emails, zero oversight on costs, condescending in messages to my retired mother, no ability to pay bills via EFT, no terms on billing (because I assume they have no cash flow as a bad business), completely unorganized, and doesn’t remember conversations/discussions you had previously.
