I cannot say enough how much Mr. Anderson was a true blessing to me and my family in our time of need. He was prompt and very professional about helping us when our water heater went out. He also found that my water heater was still under warranty. Which was such a blessing. He also went out of his way to reinstall the one on the weekend. Great man and great service.

Your records indicate that I've not been a customer? That certainly is aligned with the experience we had when you were here. This was a Sears Home Warranty call for our tankless water heater. I was at work, but the guys that showed up told my wife that the problem was caused by our unit being too small for the house. That's ridiculous. The unit has been in the house for 3 years. We've never had an issue like this before. The two guys were rude and talked down to my wife when she tried to explain things.

I had been without running water for 3 days, waiting for the homeowners to find someone with either, 1. availability, or 2. willing to travel to my area. (We are in the southern most part of fort bend county, not around the corner from anyone.)
