Do not honor their product. I ordered an ink cartridge and when it arrived, my machine did not recognize it. When I emailed them to return the ink, they stated since it was open, they would not accept the return. I spent over $100 on it and now it is worthless. If you want to order ink for your ID card machines, order it from ******. They at least honor their products. ******
