I had a towbar fitted back in september 2022 with integrated electrics. It's never let me down. I recommend this company.
Fantastic service as always. Have now had 3 towbars fitted by IDS. Service is always very professional and very quick. Recently changed to a Ford Ranger where I needed a lower towbar fitted in order to pull caravans than what was already on. IDS couldn't have been more helpful. Highly recommended.
Would give 0 stars if I could !! IDS towbars blew a control module in my car after they fitted a towbar to my car and tried to deny they caused the module damage The car was normally covered by Kia manufacturers guarantee but Kia dealer stated warranty was invalidated due to the IDS towbar installation causing the issue to the module Would definitely AVOID this business!!
