I was referred to iDry by a family member. I had water damage caused by an upstair condo. IDry came in and remediate the water damage. They removed drywall and flooring in my kitchen, family room and hallway. They ran fans to dry out the condo. I also used iDry to repair all the damage. My experience was nothing but GREAT. Curtis and his group were professional easy to work with and repairs done in a reasonable time frame. I would recommend them to anyone needing this type of services. Thank you again.

I have a rental property and my tenant that moved out had ferrets and cats which left a disgusting odor behind. I later learned that the ferrets were urinating and defecating in a couple of the floor registers so the smell would intensify when the air conditioner was turned on. Needless to say, the smell was a deterrent for potential renters. The focus was clean up after significant mice infestation at a currently uninhabited home. Everything started out great. They were quick to come out and look at the issue I was having. They found the source of the problem and Curtis said he would send me a quote. Days went by and nothing. Mean while the issue is getting worse. Reached back out and they stated Curtis would be contacting me soon. Still nothing for a few more days. So I reached back out again and then she confused me for someone else, tried to explain who I was and then they ghosted me.. was disappointed because the first meeting went well.
