Everything started out great. They were quick to come out and look at the issue I was having. They found the source of the problem and Curtis said he would send me a quote. Days went by and nothing. Mean while the issue is getting worse. Reached back out and they stated Curtis would be contacting me soon. Still nothing for a few more days. So I reached back out again and then she confused me for someone else, tried to explain who I was and then they ghosted me.. was disappointed because the first meeting went well.
I recently had a major water leak issue. Based on my recent experience trying to find a water mitigation and restoration service provider that is trust worthy, fairly priced and provides quality work, I would say you can save yourself lots of hassle and time by simply contacting iDry Columbus. We had field mice come into our basement and leave many droppings on the shelves in our entire basement. I contacted I-Dry for cleanup of this mess. They promptly came out and looked at the problem and gave me an estimate to do the job. The next week they came to do the job. Curtis and his assistant took everything off the shelves which surround the entire large basement.
