Easy to work with them and good salesman Thx Ted
The staff was very friendly and and patient. Bought a car there a week ago and my check engine light just came on. I’ve not driven the car much either but thankfully it’s under warranty. I also have had my running lights, brake lights, backup lights go out this week. I feel like some problems were hidden at time of purchase.
So easy to work with! We went there last week and they made us feel like we were their only priority. They try very hard to make you happy and are not pushy, which is very important to me. They let you look at the cars and test drive them at your own pace.
Friendly sales person even though they didn't have what we were looking for.
I talked to a salesman on the phone about a 2012 Jetta. He told me there was only one spot of rust on the quarter panel, so I took off work early and drove 2 hours with a trailer to get it. When I got there, I noticed that both front fenders and both rear quarter panels had rust. The rocker panels were also completely rotted. I would not recommend this place. Dishonest people leave a bad taste in my mouth
