Horrible service!! Host was untrustworthy and misleading by NOT being clear and upfront with their pickup and drop-off LOCATIONS and where they were in relation to the Valparaiso/Destin airport. The IDrive Denver Enterprise's pickup and drop-off location IS OVER 30 MILES AWAY FROM THE AIRPORT!! The cost for a customer to travel to and from their pickup and drop off point from the airport is about $100!!! This is why they offer such a low price, it's the 'ol "switch and bait" tactic! This has been the best experience I have ever had renting a car!! The owner has gone above and beyond to make sure I have a car until mine gets fixed. It's been 14 weeks and he has been very accommodating. I love the fact that all his cars have unlimited car washes and I can go as often as I need to get it washed without paying out of pocket. His low prices for his rentals can't be beaten. You won't find a better deal anywhere!! Thanks Marcos
I had such a positive experience with my rental car! It was my first time renting a car and was pleasantly surprised on how easy the whole process was. Marcos and team were extremely kind and accommodating, and very responsive. I rented the Chevrolet Spark 2017 and drove 250 miles while it was snowing and had no issues at all. Not to mention their prices were much more cheaper and hours were more flexible than other rental agencies in downtown Denver. Definitely the best and most convenient way to explore Colorado!
Excellent experience! The vehicle was clean and well maintained. Very good communication and convenient pick up/drop off. My favorite part was a complete lack of any kind of smell in the vehicle!!
