Amazing experience. I got into an accident on my way to the Philly Airport parking lot, and the owner of iDrive, Lee, jumped in and was able to tow my car, drop it off at his body shop, and give me a ride to the airport. Lifesaver! Amazing service and great to work with. I would recommend them to anyone in the Philadelphia/Chester area.
I was impressed by the demeanor of the staff. Particularly the young owner. I was ready to be mad when my car was towed to Chester from PHILA., however he offered to bring my personal items to me. Returned my call immediately. He was polite, professional and accommodating. Can’t say how the bodywork is but the customer service is great. Even the guy that towed my car was a pleasure. Love to see young black people excel.
The owner of iDrive was very professional, very trustworthy and made sure the insurance company take care of my car. They also provided rental service in house. Make repairs look brand new. My car was fully detailed as well when I came to pick it up. I am going to recommend everyone to get your repairs done here.
They did an excellent job—my car was repaired quickly, communication was outstanding, and the entire experience was smooth from start to finish. 10/10 service. My car looks and runs like new again.
I will admit, I was hesitant at first. I was pleasantly proven wrong. Lee and the whole team were caring and professional and the work done was exceptional. Even the color matching and detailing were done to perfection.
