Worst experience of my life.. These people are predators. I received a phone call at 4am from Mike Thompson. This man called me 5 times telling me someone hit my car in the street, I don’t know him from anywhere so of course I’m confused. He proceeds to send me pictures of the incident and tells me my insurance will cover the coat and he will take my vehicle. I will admit, I was hesitant at first. I was pleasantly proven wrong. Lee and the whole team were caring and professional and the work done was exceptional. Even the color matching and detailing were done to perfection.
Our car was under water and we were stranded on the side of the road at night. Other towing companies drove by and offered extremely high prices to tow and store our car, which we declined. Then Lee came by with iDrive and saved the day. The towing and paperwork process was quick and professional. The pricing is very fair and reasonable. Everyone with the company was very accommodating and helped us a lot during a tough time. I hope we’re never stuck again, but if we are we will definitely call iDrive
I had such a pleasant experience with getting my car serviced and repaired. Everyone from their receptionist to the owner were very welcoming and knowledgeable, and services were super efficient. I won’t take my car any where else moving forward, they have earned a lifetime customer!
