I have no constructive criticize to leave with Idrive. They put in the work necessary to make my car look good as new. Almost as if no damage was ever taken. I am well pleased and with patience you'll see the work they did is all worth it. Shout out to Lee and Ashley who kept me in the light with every detailed info to keep me informed and to give me a peace of mind. Amazing service, and amazing people! Was in my first accident and car needed repairs—they took care of it and completely understood a first timer situation. Communicative, and very genuine people. Can’t recommend them enough!
Unfortunately I didn’t get his name, however the gentleman who is the tow truck driver for this company, was a life saver! I had a flat on I76 and he saw me stranded, and pulled over to offer assistance. He was professional and excellent at what he does, I am so grateful for his help! He got my car to the nearest tire shop, and made a bad situation so much better! Thank you, I definitely will be referring to friends and family.
