This company is a joke. My kidney functions dropped fromc29 to 14 due to an infection that are resistant to antibiotics, so my pcp sent in a request to IDR to see me STAT. They stated that they can schedule me in the week of July 13th! No wonder their rating is 3.9. It should be 0.1.
First off, Becky at the front desk is absolutely amazing. She is wonderful and every office should have an employee like her. I was skeptical about Dr. Corsi at first. But I am happy I went to see her. She was very thorough and went over the plan of action to get labs and images done. She made sure my medications were refilled, listened to our concerns and gave us recommendations on those concerns. The office is small but was very clean and quiet. Worst office I have ever deal with. They never returned messages left on voice mail and when they finally did, lied and said they had been trying to reach me for days. Done with them.
Drove an hour and a half both ways to be told by BECKY that she tried to call me 2 hours ago to cancel my appointment! I woke early on a Monday holiday morning for this! I showed her my phone call history, voice mails, and missed calls. NO CALLS FROM THEM. Her first excuse is that I've been talking to Raul and he's off today.
