Impressed with staff. Friendly but still professional.
This company is a joke. My kidney functions dropped fromc29 to 14 due to an infection that are resistant to antibiotics, so my pcp sent in a request to IDR to see me STAT. They stated that they can schedule me in the week of July 13th! No wonder their rating is 3.9. It should be 0.1.
First off, Becky at the front desk is absolutely amazing. She is wonderful and every office should have an employee like her. I was skeptical about Dr. Corsi at first. But I am happy I went to see her. She was very thorough and went over the plan of action to get labs and images done. She made sure my medications were refilled, listened to our concerns and gave us recommendations on those concerns. The office is small but was very clean and quiet.
