PLEASE INVESTIGATE, RIVER CROSSING NURSING HOME IN ELGIN, ILLINOIS 60123 EMPLOYEES AT WORK WHO SAY THEY ARE CURRENTLY SICK. FIRE LANE BLOCKED, AS ELGIN, ILLINOIS FIRE DEPARTMENT IS REMOVING SOMEONE GOING TO THE HOSPITAL. Also, residents and or family members drinking alcohol in the parking lot Also, many people wearing no mask. Not checking in, 45 minutes of one hour. No one at front desk.
This place is closed even though I was told on the phone that they are operational.
3+ hour wait, way to slow, only one testing lane open. People constantly trying to cut lines. No bathrooms available.
Expect to wait at least 3 hours before you get tested. The operations here are ridiculously slow and inefficient.
Absolutely absurd. Waited in line for 2 hours to be told we can’t be tested because they close soon. At the very least have someone cut off the line so people don’t que up when you reach capacity.
