Amazing service, beautiful dresses and overall a lovely experience
My experience at Idora Bridal Shop was absolutely amazing and made me feel at ease when finding my dream wedding dress. Mary and the other staff were highly supportive and knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable during the whole experience. Would recommend!!
I had a very disappointing experience with Idora Bridal and am writing my review to express that. I will preface and say that I did like my dress in the end but was disappointed with the service from Idora Bridal. From the beginning, I encountered dishonesty. I specifically asked if the pearls on the dress were real, and the store assistant confidently said yes. Both I and my bridesmaids heard this clearly. I said yes to the dress!! Mary looked after me so well I truely thank her with all my heart! She is a wonderful assistant that is patient and accomodating to my needs, ideas and changes. She saw my vision and I feel like that’s most important. Thank you again Mary for your help.
