Great shop, went in for a cover up with a rough idea in mind. Gave the owner free reign to be an artist and all expectations were exceeded by far. This was my best experience and I have several tattoo's. Keep up the great work and I will be back for more ink in the near future.
Tattoo faded badly in 2 weeks – My fiance went in to get her 15th tattoo, her first at this shop. Originally, the tat looked pretty decent, but within two weeks it faded so badly that you can hardly tell what it is. Now we have to go to another shop and pay to have it touched up. If your going to spend the time and money, find a better shop.
Great little shop. – I went in a couple of times now and I have to give it five starts. Excellent, friendly, comfortable little place to get inked, Very clean, very professional, kick a$$. It was a real pleasure to get tattooed here. I'll definitely come back for more, and I'll recommend this place to my friends looking to get inked.
Two thumbs way up! – It was my first time getting a tattoo but the guys were very professional and really friendly, and they totally put me at ease. Dave explained how things worked so I was confident about his abilities and comfortable during the entire process. I was extremely pleased with my tattoo and I'd recommend this place to anyone!
First time tattoo with Mark Bentley – For my 18th birthday I got the money for a tattoo and went down to Ancient Arts. Even though my arm was shaking from too much coffee Mark was always calm. My flaming guitar turned out perfect and I'm looking forward on going back to get more work done.

I Will Return – I went to Ancient Arts to have an old tattoo covered up on my left arm. I wanted falling stars. Mark did a beautiful job! A customer came in while I was being done with a portrait of her baby on her back it it was just amazing! I am planning to return for my next tattoo of a mermaid. Everyone was super friendly and never made me feel out of place like other shops have in the city.
New Ownership Equals Classy Shop! – Formally IdolEyez Tattoo, new ownership has obviously brought new energy and enthusiasm. The staff is courteous, very helpful and never pushy. I would recommend Ancient Arts Tattoo to anyone and everyone.
