This is the worst company to deal with for a warrenty. I had to mail my tablet in once already due to a faulty charge. They told me they couldn't fix it and would mail me a new one. It was not new it was referbished and only worked for a week. I have been dealing with them for over a month on trying to get this fixed. They take for ever to respond back to you. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE> The company should not even be in business. Not worth the price you pay.

My tablet stop charging & this company has yet to return my tablet or answer the phone. I will not order from them again!

Idolian tablets are junk so when they break and do not function as advertised you cannot get anyone in customer service. They say they will call you back in 24 hours that is false. They hide behind their warranty policy like this… “You are speaking with our only cooperate office. As stated in our warranty policy screen damage is not covered. This is something that is at a cost to be replaced. Normal usage would not break the screen. This is the worst company to get a response from. I purchased a tablet from Sears.com and this company was the vendor. The tablet is defective and no one from the company will call me back about returning it. I have been on the phone for 3 weeks with Sears.com customer service and Idolian won't even call them back. Buyer beware this company is scamming Sears.com customers.
