Super belle expérience. Nous avons eu un cour avec Miguel et j’ai adoré. Il nous transmet sa belle énergie. L’endroit est très beau d’autant plus que nous pouvons prendre du soleil sur leur belle terasse. Je recommande. Vous avez votre premier essai gratuit.
C'est le meilleur studio que j'ai testé jusqu'à présent pour faire du Hot Yoga. Des salles, aux profs, à l'ambiance tout est fait pour qu'on passe un excellent moment. je recommande les yeux fermés IDOLEM (j'adore la serviette froide sur les yeux à la fin de chaque séance !!) Merci Tara pour la séance matinale, quel plaisir de démarrer la journée de cette manière
I moved last year to the area and was so happy to have an Idolem studio so close. The Plaza studio is beautiful and all the classes that I attended so far were amazing. On top of that, the staff is great! I had an issue with my pass, and it was solved so quickly. Super recommend the Plaza Idolem studio!!
