I took my WORKING IPad with small crack got told it would be ready by Friday now I received a call stating my iPad is no longer working and not turning on what’s so ever. Spend your money wisely

It took a while, but they told me it would be 5 days before the parts arrived when I dropped my tablet off. The rest was a freak snow storm with below 0 temps and ERCOT executives that live out of state being left in charge of the Texas power grid being prepared for the worst... Okay got a little sidetracked there, but yeah great service, and I've tried replacing the screen on a tablet myself (which ended with me buying a new one).
