took 3x longer (business days) than estimated to fix iPad replaced my working OLED screen with an inferior LED screen even though the part to just replace the glass exists and is much cheaper. Now my home button clicks and distorts the screen every time I press it. Also I'm pretty sure the camera is foggier than it used to be. All in all have a worse device now and the price to fix was the same as buying a new device of the same type with a better screen than the one they put on. Yo solo quería arreglar mi pantalla y cuando lo volví a recoger estaba rotó ya la parte trasera no no y no. Hay lugares mejores donde reparar Y el costo es muy elevado Pésimo servicio 😡

Some old white guy took my phone and didn't do much thorough analysis. All he said was "motherboard issue" with no evidence as to how or why. If you have an iPhone or any apple products, then you might as well save the trip and money going to the company itself. Truly a time wasting experience.
