Horrible service!!! STAY AWAY! Took my phone to west ashley location and after 2 days screen stopped working and home button fell off. Asked the guy who fixed my phone said his name was “Steven” to fix the issue or issue me a refund and he immediately kicked me off the premises and said I threatened him by asking for my money back. Horrible guy who’s just money hungry. Said I had to pay again for the issue to be resolved over 100$.
I have been to iDoctor 2x in the last 6 months (yes, I have issues keeping my phone from hitting the ground..) and both times, they were awesome. Highly recommend iDoctor!
took 3x longer (business days) than estimated to fix iPad replaced my working OLED screen with an inferior LED screen even though the part to just replace the glass exists and is much cheaper. Now my home button clicks and distorts the screen every time I press it. Also I'm pretty sure the camera is foggier than it used to be. All in all have a worse device now and the price to fix was the same as buying a new device of the same type with a better screen than the one they put on. Yo solo quería arreglar mi pantalla y cuando lo volví a recoger estaba rotó ya la parte trasera no no y no. Hay lugares mejores donde reparar Y el costo es muy elevado Pésimo servicio 😡
