Before I started going to IDM, I was not happy with my image. I was so terrified to go to this gym, out of fear it would be like every other gym, judgmental, one way show and just not fun. My first day there, I was proven wrong. Rheana worked with me individually and helped me find the best way to perform the movements that would benefit my body to the max.
