UPDATE #2: I just left a voicemail with IDM to try and resolve this. We’ll see if they come back. This has been 11 months of drama with Bennington on First which is an IDM property. Because Bennington’s management cannot control their property and permit a peaceful environment. I’m trying to reach someone above them. We’ll see. I would avoid renting any apartment that is ran by IDM companies. Almost a year ago I moved out from Acero Jensen Park is WA. When I moved out I was assured I could set up a payment plan to pay my remaining balance. After months of trying to set this up I was finally contacted and successfully set up the monthly payment and signed the contract. Shortly after I was being called non stop by collection companies that said my balance was sent to them EVEN THOUGH I hadn’t even gotten a chance to make a payment because my first pa... read more

Refer to my review on Bennington on First for details but for four months now I have been complaining to management about my upstairs neighbors creating chaos and management has done nothing. Lynn in the office just continues to tell me to call security, which can’t do anything about noise. Even at midnight or 1am.
