I would avoid renting any apartment that is ran by IDM companies. Almost a year ago I moved out from Acero Jensen Park is WA. When I moved out I was assured I could set up a payment plan to pay my remaining balance. After months of trying to set this up I was finally contacted and successfully set up the monthly payment and signed the contract. UPDATE: My alarm for work is going off in 4 hours and I’m laying here awake listening to my neighbors bang around. Since my complaint here over a month ago, and over 6 months ago with the management team, nothing has been done. IDM, Bennington in First specifically just wants your money. Their rules and guidelines in their lease are just for show. Once you’re locked in they don’t give a crap about you or your experience. IDM companies creates beautiful properties. Refer to my review on Bennington on First for details but for four months now I have been complaining to management about my upstairs neighbors creating chaos and management has done nothing. This property management company won’t help you at all as a customer! They will throw hidden fees at you not in lease because it’s apparently a hidden secret policy you don’t know about. They don’t support customer service or care about loyalty. The cost of their dignity is $750 to solve a simple problem to their customers. Only one star because IDM didn’t reply to my next apartment complex’s request for information on whether I was a tenant at a IDM managed property in SE Portland. I’ll change this review or submit a new one when my current (large) issue is resolved. Other than that, it’s a lively property in a great neighborhood…
