I love this florist!! I purchased a bouquet for my partner completely remotely. I do not live in the area and Idlewild answered all of my questions thoroughly while providing a quick, seamless experience, front to back. My partner loved the bouquet and said they looked even better than the picture!! I definitely would recommend Idlewild for beautiful, thoughtful gifts that are out of the ordinary!
We used Idlewild for our wedding florals and were so incredibly happy with the result. They were super responsive and communicative from day one until we received our beautiful and unique arrangements! I placed an order (#37460) with Idlewild Floral and paid extra for expedited shipping to ensure it would arrive by March 14. Not only did the package fail to arrive on time, but it’s now two days late—and worse, the company has been completely unresponsive. I reached out for support, expecting at least some kind of acknowledgment or assistance, but I received no response whatsoever. No email, no update, nothing.
