Concerning that this and its next door neighboring mobile home park are owned by the same corporation which appears to have little or no idea how their onsite managers actually do their jobs. For example in trying to view a sale unit in one of these Parks, the manager either/both did not return phone calls, failed to show for an appointment to view a sale unit, or provided incorrect information. No maintenance for the park. Best thing about the place is the location. At least the rent is reasonable.
