When we arrived in Florida for our vacation one of the worst things that could happen did: we didn’t have any air conditioning! Jason answered the phone, gave us good solid advice that was in our best interest, and showed up the next day to install a forward unit. Our unit was pre wired for one, but we had not installed one, and he advised us to install the forward unit, and deal with the warranty on the bad, main (GE) unit when we returned. Rear window replacement. #1 quality is the company returns your phone calls and keeps you informed. The owner, Jason, showed up on time and went straight to work. Very knowledgeable and courteous. It was an added bonus that he brought his son along teaching him the trade! 100% recommend Idle Time for all your RV needs!
This man is a Saint! I called due to my air conditioning and refrigerator not working. We will need a new unit for our air conditioning but he could have charged us for the refrigerator. Instead over the phone he walked me through plugging it in! I felt so stupid but he saved me so much money! He didn't have to do that for us. He was out of town visiting with family and took the time to help us. This is exactly what I'm looking for when I look for a mechanic. Someone who treats you like family and not just a paycheck.
