I went into Idle Hands Tattoo shop on 01/21/19 to have a tattoo on my left hand covered up. When I walked in I began a conversation with Jayare (pronounced J.R.) who would later identify himself as the owner. He told me he’s been a tattoo artist for 15 years. I explained my situation to him. I told him I didn’t have a lot of money to spend, stating that I didn’t want to spend more than $100 to have the work done.
