Octavian did a FANTASTIC job building a brand new deck for our cabin. The craftsmanship is unbelievable- everything lines up, including a border that lines up directly with our French doors. They cut our gutters perfectly into the deck and they hooked up a pipe to drain the water out as well. On top of that, we had a very short window to get this done as the property is an Airbnb and we had guests coming. Octavian and his team worked HARD and got everything done - exceptionally well - on time. Thank you for the amazing deck!

Octavian did a full remodel of our bathroom. He was reliable, thorough, fast and clean. He and his team took care of the plumbing, installation of tub, toilet, cabinet, mirror,etc. As well as the electricity, tiles and the painting. He cleaned the house very nicely once done. He asked us to buy ourselves what is visible (paint, furniture, fixtures etc) and he took care of the rest. We recommend him for your house projects.
We just had IDL Construction put in a vinyl fence, and we're super happy with how it turned out. It looks so clean, modern, and really well-made. The crew did an awesome job with the installation—everything's level and looks totally professional. The finished fence really made our yard look better and gave us a lot more privacy.
