Some of the many negatives: cheap building materials, homes is advertised as “energy efficient” but does not hold temperature well (very expensive electric bills), drywall screws are seen throughout the house, the rafters have no hangers or metal plates at joints, garage track wheels came off and the door almost fell on my husband, the sprinkler system was never caped on all ends so had water spewing underground for the longest time, electrical in the house is shoddy, the screws ... read more
In December 2025 my husband and I purchased our home from IDK. The builders with IDK have always been very professional but so nice to work with. The gentlemen we have met personally were Bennie, Dawson & Nick and all of them have been so accommodating and understanding in every aspect of our build. Just two days ago Bennie mentioned it's so important to see their finished houses become family homes buyers are so very proud of.
