If you want to purchase a dress off the rack with some alterations, then I think you may have a decent experience and a quality dress. However, I do not recommend relying on them for a custom dress. I purchased a custom bridesmaid's dress in October for a destination wedding that was set to be April 19th. I went to pick up the dress on April 14th (night before my flight) and it was unfinished and poorly made for many reasons. I got a great dress off the rack here with the help of Savanna. It was perfect for me. I loved the whole experience of working with IDINA and they have a great selection for brides to choose from. They were super fair to work with!
IF YOU ARE A SIZE 12 & UP, RUNNNNN!!!! This place claims to be size friendly but they are far from that!!! I came in with family, VERY excited to find something cute, and I left feeling disappointed and worn out. Had I not found anything, that would’ve been okay, but the treatment from the owner is what left me walking away shocked and disappointed. Do not go to this dress shop at all!!!!! They charge higher prices than retail and do not offer refunds if the dress cannot be completed on time. Their process is super unreasonable: you have to pay first -> then they take your measurements -> confirm the timeline with the designer. If the dress cannot be finished within your preferred timeframe, you may not even be eligible for a refund if you decide not to purchase with them…..
