I bought a wedding dress from Idina for my elopement and had a wonderful experience in the store, my sales associate, Anna, was phenomenal. I left absolutely in love with my dress and couldn’t wait to wear it on my big day. Unfortunately, just a couple of hours into wearing it, the dress began to tear. The quality is shockingly poor. All we did was take photos at city hall and walk around, no dancing, no strenuous activity, and it still fell apart. Nadia and her team were very knowledgeable and helpful with helping me customize and create my dream wedding dress!! They did a great job listening to the things I liked and didn't about each dress. Very excited to see it all come together!
I visited this shop last year while searching for my wedding dress, and in hindsight, the experience was incredibly unprofessional and disappointing. They advertised a trunk show with a 10% discount on a particular designer, which was confirmed in multiple communications. Cannot recommend IDINA enough! I had the most positive, seamless and fun experience working with Savanna to select my dream dress. Savanna was so helpful in communicating timelines and setting expectations. She really listened to what I was looking for and helped me look at different options. Savanna also highlighted a lot of things I would have never known to ask or look for! Great recommendations on tailoring, shoe height, shape wear and made great suggestions on accessories.
