I would strongly caution brides against using Idina Bridal for alterations. What should have been an exciting part of the wedding process became an unnecessarily stressful, expensive, and frankly unbelievable experience. My friend and I came in looking for a wedding guest dress without an appointment and Frae was so welcoming and helpful! She had such thoughtful recommendations when it comes style and what works best with my body type. I would 100% recommend her for any event shopping!
I want to send a huge thank you to IDINA and Nadia’s - I was shopping for a Maid of Honor dress and had a fantastic time trying it on in the store. The woman helping me was so knowledgeable and friendly, and I ordered the dress to be made in another color to match the wedding theme. When the dress arrived and it didn’t fit, IDINA and Nadia went out of their way to remake the dress through a rush order so I could wear it in time for the wedding. Beautiful words. Big promises. Bad outcome. Would not recommend, or ever go back, based on the experience. Giving a 15% discount on your next purchase to ‘make right’ a significant loss of costs and time seems an insult on top of the original disingenuous customer service.
