Straight fraud
If you’re planning on keeping your car for more than a year. I wouldn’t come buy it here. I had bought a vehicle for $7,500 with 42,000 miles here 3 years ago and it’s been such a problem after 6 months. First the the front bumper had chipped off some bondo revealing a carpenter screw going thru the bumper into the frame of the vehicle.
