Office appearance is rather nostalgic, the sticky, low pile carpeting really brings you back to 1971. Each time we go here, the wait time doubles. Majority of staff is plain rude, stopped to confirm next appointment and before I could get a word out “YOU DON’T NEED TO STOP HERE YOU’RE ALL SET”. Machines and cardio equipment were likely manufactured in the 1800s. Asking a 92 year old with extensive hip/leg problems to get on a bed 4ft off the ground is simply egregious… the list goes on.
