I used Richard for a total remodel of our historic home in Galveston. I would not let this company build a doghouse for me! VERY poor-quality work, Expensive, and slow. The foreman didn't know a # 3 grade board from a finish trim board. Do Not Use Richard Alvarez to do any work on your house. We wanted a high quality tile work for flooring, A 10 year old could have done a better job aligning the tile.
