Was told by our vet to bring a blood sample here and that there are provisions for after hours drop off. While there is a sign that indicates the instructions for after hours drop off can be acquired by calling a 1800 number, the line is more of a sales line with no prompt offering site specific help of drop off instructions of any type. Having raced here from out of town to drop this off, I now have a sick dog at home and an expensive but basically useless blood sample. Way to go IDEXX :)
