Took money from my account even though I had no idea who they were..turns out I'd agreed to a subscription while looking into a loan and they wouldn't refund the money when I told them they had just taken all I had to live on that week they just said can not help
I need to amend my rating and review of IDEXPERTS, if I could I would give zero stars. I reached out at the end December 2021 with a time sensitive project and asked if they had the expertise and capacity to help me with it. All of the individuals on the call felt they could provide the service but needed to investigate further. 6 weeks letter they have provided no follow up, and have ignored my phone calls and emails for a reply.
