Absolute rubbish. Salesman was paying more attention to his cell phone than customers. I'd expect this kind of behaviour at Best Buy but lo and behold here we are. Never again. Wish I could give zero stars frankly.
Took my Google Pixel 3a in because battery needed replacing. I have learned now that this particular model is very difficult to repair, and has a history of having other things broken in the battery replacement process. That indeed happened in this instance. The motherboard and screen were damaged during the battery swap (requires taking a good bit of the phone apart, and screen is fragile).
