I’ve been coming here since I was in primary school, I am now 20 years old. The ladies that work here are / always have been FANTASTIC. So so kind and honest when it comes to asking for their opinions. They don’t judge, they go above and beyond to show you they care about your comfort and interests in terms of frames and lenses. They don’t try to put you in an uncomfortable position where you have to turn down an up-sell constantly. Overall just fantastic costumer service.
Purchased a frame from them awhile ago and ended up sitting on my glasses and broke one of the arms off. They were so nice and efficient with helping me to get a new frame and fitting them to my face. They truly are helpful and so friendly. Felt very comfortable with them.
Excellent service & selections
Excellent customer service; I walked-in without an appointment, was able to browse their selection, and set aside frames that I liked. After a while, I explained to the lady working that I really loved my old pair of glasses that had recently broke and didn't actually want a new pair (my previous place said they could not fix them). She took a look at them, and explained she was able to refurbish them by switching out the arms. My previous place never offered this. Now I am able to continue on with the frames that I love!
