Overall a great experience. Nicole was very flexible and helpful and the installers did a great job!!
We went looking for new kitchen counters. Our current counters are 20 years old and were cracking. The selection of available granite counters extensive. They had both small samples and in the warehouse many more large sheets of materials for counters. We were aided by knowledgeable staff and took several samples for comparison in our home. Upon making a selection IDG sent out a professional with laser equipment to get measurements. Great experience. They were responsive, arrived as scheduled for each step, informative and allowed us to see and approve the quartz pattern and seam placement recommendation beforehand. We are happy with everything.
Quality job at a fair price, excellent craftsmanship, on the first job. Hired them for a second job a year later and same great craftmanship but other issues occurred. Poor communication from start to finish. Arrival time of 8 to 9 AM ended up being 1:30 PM. Had to call Justin many times for a update. The work crew was rushed when they arrived causing issues.
