They are the worst company you can book from. They are extremely rude and unprofessional. Their quality is super cheap. Do not recommend
Please stay far away from this company paid $1000 fir back drops , center pieces and chair covers. They never showed up. I’m currently pursing to take them to small claims court. Save yourself the headache and DO NOT contact them find a different rental company. Veronika does NOT respond. She doesn’t have all the items and she she is extremely rude. Unfortunately the day of our event I was hopeful but she called or showed to the event . Be AWARE make sure you find a different company.
DO NOT USE, VERONIKA!!! I repeat, DO NOT call this company! Veronika is a con artist! She stole our $2,251 deposit without providing any services! No contract was signed or provided. When we politely asked for our deposit to be returned, she refused. She’s nasty, extremely rude, and unprofessional. What she is doing to people is unethical and illegal. She should be put in jail. They are always so helpful and professional. Love working with them. I was in awe on how everything came together on the big day. The attention to the tiniest detail surpassed any hopes I ever imagined! In regards to coordination, I couldn’t have been more eased on a typically high-stress day. I absolutely LOVED having iDesign Events. Everything was seamless and smooth as silk. Thank you so much, I couldn’t be more pleased, more grateful, more happy. I’m so overjoyed on how the day turned out.
iDesign events is absolutely amazing! We have used them to plan multiple corporate events and I couldn't be happier. Veronika and her team make everything easy and seamless. I can't wait for iDesign to plan our next event!
