This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in a public facility. An African American staff member was extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and displayed racist behavior. I personally witnessed her threaten a Spanish woman by saying she would call a friend in ICE to have her taken away because she was an immigrant. This is my second time coming to this place and hopefully next time I can go somewhere else. When I walked in the lady was in her office but I spoke and said hello, she started talking but I didn’t know she was talking to me. I thought she was with someone.
