This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in a public facility. An African American staff member was extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and displayed racist behavior. I personally witnessed her threaten a Spanish woman by saying she would call a friend in ICE to have her taken away because she was an immigrant. This is my second time coming to this place and hopefully next time I can go somewhere else. When I walked in the lady was in her office but I spoke and said hello, she started talking but I didn’t know she was talking to me. I thought she was with someone. That is until she came out and said HELLO! I had an appointment for a week. Drove 45 minutes for them to tell me I had no appointment. They said I received a call and an email about it. When the lady looked at my phone and saw that I did not get a call or email just said oh yeah there is nothing we can do. I waited a week and this is pushing my job start date back. Most ignorant staff I have ever met.

I was there for my fingerprints appointment, the lady working there acted like I was annoying her when I showed up. She was very ignorant and seemed to not like her job. She talked to me like I was a child. Very angry lady
