My appointment was scheduled for 10:30, and I was seen promptly. The staff provided excellent service, which is something I greatly appreciate.
the girl who did my fingerprints was absolutely disrespectful. telling me they would cancel my orientation if i didn’t relax my hands and get it done but mind you she’s the one placing my fingers. proceeded to roll her eyes at me when i said i had no paperwork but i was never instructed to bring anything by my id. when i went back she said something and i didn’t understand her she said “ didn’t she just tell you to bring your id to me “ like no the lady in front never said anything. idk why this lady still has a job after al... read more
The worst 5 mins of my life….. Everyone in there has a nasty attitude….from the gentleman that greets you…..to the lady that takes fingerprints…..just nasty for no reason…..I see why this place has a 2.7 rating…..they simply don’t care
If you need to get fingerprinted or any service provided by identoGO, try to go to any other location. Try to get to Woodbury location instead. This location is actually the worst place I have been to, worse than a DMV. The workers are the most rude staff I have ever encountered and not helpful or understanding at all. I watched these workers have an unexplainable attitude with every person that walked in.
Just left here after getting fingerprints done. The three stars is because it was efficient and I was in and out for what I needed to do. You lost two stars because I have never met anyone so outwardly rude in my life (person doing the fingerprinting). It was almost comical getting yelled at for taking my jacket off and purse off and doing all the wrong things apparently.
