They were prompt and got me in and out quickly, but the lack of humanity is insane. The staff are cold, curt and abrupt. I could barely understand my lady as she mumbled into her mask and expected me to know what I was doing. She rudely told me to get off my phone and didn't explain anything in the process.
Came in on a Saturday. There were signs telling you to sit down and wait. I feel like the confusion from other people were simply the lack of taking in your environment. Anyways, the man came out and asked my appointment time and took me in right away. Everything was done within 5 minutes.
Went to the Identogo in the Colwick Business Center Cherry Hill, NJ; among the worst experiences I have ever had visiting any office. Arrived for my appt just prior to opening, waited outside until Jackie, the most unpleasant woman imaginable, flung the door open to let people in. Didn’t smile, didn’t say good morning, didn’t hold the door just turned on her heel and went into her office. The level of rudeness and passive aggressive behavior here is unbelievable. The black lady is rude and does not understand her line of work.
The fingerprint taker at the Cherry Hill location was very difficult. She was very rude. This was at a 2:30 pm appointment on 2-14-25. I was not able to get my fingerprints done. I will now have to go to another location. The black woman on this day should be fired.
