The lady who does the background checks was rude, condescending and disrespectful. Her customer service was absolutely the worst I’ve ever had to deal with in any establishment. She was flat out disrespectful to me and the father and daughter who came in before me. She scolded the daughter and told her to fix her attitude or she would tell her employer threatening her background check which I thought was highly inappropriate. All in all this place was terrible, mostly because of her.

Staff is rude as all. Yelling at you and barking commands like they are prison guards. If you don’t do what they ask you to exactly right the first time they become visibly frustrated and become even more hostile. I ended up leaving without getting my fingerprints done. Will never go to this location again.
