Just went in for my prints with the infamous female employee. She actively manipulated my fingers and claimed it was fault that they were being pressed down. She gave me instructions, I acknowledged, and she made a snarky remark about how my employers were watching to my response and could tell I wasn’t listening, which is a wild accusation and potentially threat. Went there today for an 8:50am appointment to get my fingerprints done. While waiting in the lobby, I kept hearing the lady conducting the fingerprints getting an attitude with others. I was hoping not to get her, but I did. She was extremely rude to me because 'I couldn't relax my hands.' How can you relax your hands while your arms are straight out in front of you while she has to be the one to place your fingers on the machine? I have had to get my fingerprints done many times for my job, and I have never had as terrible an experience as I did for this appointment. There is a woman here who is extremely rude, abrasive, and condescending. She was threatening me my entire appointment saying that I wasn’t relaxing my hands enough to do the scans and if I didn’t do what she told me to do she would cancel my appointment and force me to reschedule.
