I reserved my appointment online with no hassle at all! On the day of my appointment (3/16/26) the female employee working at the time was very friendly and extremely helpful. While she was assisting me, two additional people arrived and I was very impressed that she still greeted them and let them know she would be right with them. Her professionalism, friendliness, excellent customer service skills truly stood out. Overall great experience !
This guy Jayden shouldn't be working there I scheduled my appt yesterday 02/11/26 , showed up gave him the paper clearly stating appt and date ,and he comes back telling me. I had no appointment. Save your time, report him to look for another job to see if he can get one with those customer service skills. Came to Edinburg location, took me 10 minutes to have my process done . Laura is the best**** I'm reporting this San Juan location.

So rude no professionalism no maners nothing
Unwelcoming and rude staff. Ultimately, this is a place of business that provides a service to paying customers. Where is the welcoming, professional interactions one would expect when paying for a service? Certainly not here.
