I ordered items back in November and waited until recently to get everything delivered. I then audit the items and realized Shana missed two major parts of our order and therefore we didn't even get them. Further more, she asked us to pay for items that were on backorder even though she couldn't tell us when they would be available. Too many issues with this company to stay working with them.
Initially ordered a sweatshirt in December. After two emails to customer service, it finally arrived two months later in the middle of February. They sent the wrong color. I emailed and they offered a replacement in the correct color which I agreed to. It has now been over two weeks with no response. I finally emailed to ask for a refund to just be done with this three month long transaction. I have yet to see if I will be refunded. Absolutely terrible customer service. I would not recommend doing business with this company.
The worst. Placed an order for my nephew's Xmas gift on 12/10 and was told it would ship in 7-10 biz days, still waiting after the holiday. Customer service is never never never available - I'm leaving voicemails at an 800 number and getting no response. But they certainly billed me in time. The. Worst.
Worst service ever! Orders take way longer than anticipated and they give zero explanation. There’s no follow through on their end when your order doesn’t go out. You have to chase them in order to get an answer. I would never recommend using them for anything!
I didn't get a sweatshirt I ordered when the group was delivered to the school. After calling Identity Stores, they sent a new one to my house and even gave me a credit for the inconvenience. Way to be customer service oriented!
